I was there, I knew there must be an easier way to earn money and support my family and I fell upon Direct Selling.
25 years later and the rest is history! I am uniquely placed in Direct Selling that I have worked on both sides of the business!
I had my own Direct Selling Business for 14 years that became hugely successful, providing a full time income, awards and the opportunity to travel the world as well as juggling being a single mum to my 3 young daughters.
BUT I wanted to be able to help more women live the life of their dreams so I moved to a corporate role in a DSA Company responsible for the field support for over 10,000 representatives and won the DSA Award for Excellence in Field Sales Development.
I am now on a mission to help women from ALL Direct Selling businesses to have a business of their dreams, earning the money they deserve and the life they desire.

Seven years as Head of Business and Leadership Development for Usborne Community Partnerships, where I supported over 10,000 field representatives. I uniquely moved from the field into corporate, creating my own role to bridge both worlds — and was honoured with the DSA Award for Excellence in Field Sales Development.
Today, I run Direct Selling Made Simple, supporting both corporate direct selling companies and individual sellers. Through my membership community, workshops and courses, 1:1 coaching, and NLP expertise, I help direct sellers recruit, retain, and lead with confidence — creating success that works in real life, not just on paper.

"We have been working with Sue since May, and the training and support that she is delivering for our Independent Usborne Partners (IUPs) has been brilliant. We wanted to focus on increasing the support we provide our Leaders and Suzanne has been providing 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring for them as well as monthly training sessions on sales, recruiting, retention and leadership.
We also wanted to provide more intensive support for our newly promoted Team Leaders which Sue has been providing, as well as for our IUPs who want to become a Team Leader.
